Site Visits

*As part of the conference, there will be an opportunity to tour the International Humanitarian City (IHC) and their warehouses. Participants will be shuttled to and from IHC and the conference venue by coach. There are 2 timeslots, each with a maximum capacity of 50 participants. Registered Delegates receive a link to sign up via email. If you are interested in attending the tour please sign up immediately as we will reach capacity quickly. If you have registered but haven’t received the Tour link contact Pear, Varinthorn varinthorn3@gatech.edu.

The timeslots available include: **Please note that the two tours are slightly different, with the first being longer.

  • Tuesday (Pre-Conference) at 13.00 - 16.30: the tour duration will be 3.5 hours (including shuttle time), with a full overview of the International Humanitarian City function, with 1 warehouse tours/visits [Early check In and check in for tour 11:00-12:45; Shuttle departs promptly at 13:00]
  • Thursday (Day 2) at 12.45-15.45: a shorter tour, with a duration of 3 hour (including shuttle time), with a brief drive around for an overview of IHC and Showroom tours/visits [Check in for tour and receive boxed lunch 12:15 -12:30; Shuttle departs promptly at 12:45]

*Spots will be given on a first-come, first-serve basis. We will send out announcements if either timeslots or both are at capacity. After that, we cannot accept any more participants. Please also inform the HHL staff if you registered and end up not being able to make it, so we can free up the spot for other participants.
