Conference Rates

• All the rates are subject to 10% municipality fee and 10% service charge
• Rates are subject to Tourism Dirham Fee ("TDF fee") AED20 per room per night
• The above rate is subject to 5% VAT
• International buffet breakfast is included in the room rate
• Inclusive WIFI throughout the resort

Making Reservations

• Visit www.sofitel-dubai-thepalm.com
• In the lower center of the homepage, enter your desired check-in and check-out dates in the form field to the left of the "BOOK NOW" button. Additional dropdown fields will appear underneath, after you provide a start and end date.
• In the "PREFERENTIAL CODE" form field, enter CHHSG and then click the "BOOK NOW" button.

• A new browser window will be opened and you will be presented with available room options. Choose your preferred currency from the dropdown menu.

• Click "+ FROM xxx" to see the full rate (e.g. additional taxes and fees) and additional reservation details.

• Please note that full/100% payment is required upon reservation to confirm a booking. Reservations at the lowest/HHL Conference rate are non-refundable, cannot be cancelled and cannot be changed. Select room packages shown below the HHL Conference rate option do offer flexible cancellation options, but please note that some of those options do not include breakfast.
• When a desired room package is chosen, click the "BOOK" button to proceed to the summary page.
• Choose your desired options and click one of the "BOOK" buttons to proceed to the contact details form.
• After entering your personal information into the contact details form, click the "CONFIRM" button to proceed to the payment method page (please note that Visa and Mastercard are the available payment methods).
